What happens to my data when the free trial ends?
Nothing is deleted when the 3-month trial ends. The account becomes read-only: you can still sign in, look up past sales and repair jobs, and export your data, but you cannot take new transactions until you subscribe. If you decide not to continue, the data is kept for 3 months and then permanently deleted.
The read-only period exists because a shop that goes quiet over a slow season should be able to come back and pick up where it left off, rather than starting again.
Export anything you want to keep during those 3 months. After that the deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
