One price for the whole business, not per till
Mobile POS is £20 a month plus VAT per organisation. An organisation is your business, not a single counter — if you run three shops, you pay £20 a month in total, not £20 per shop. Staff accounts, tills, products, IMEIs, repair jobs and trade-ins are all unlimited within that.
Most POS vendors price per location or per terminal, so a second shop doubles the bill. That is the main thing to compare when you are weighing this against another quote: check whether the figure you have been given is per site.
What happens when the free trial ends
The trial runs for 3 months with no card required — that is our launch offer for shops that sign up by 31 December 2026. You can put real stock, real repairs and real customers through it — it is the complete product, not a cut-down demo.
When the trial is up, your shop does not disappear. The account becomes read-only: you and your staff can still sign in, look up past sales and repair jobs, and export your data. What you cannot do is take new transactions until you subscribe.
If you decide not to continue, the data is kept for three months and then deleted. That window exists so a shop that goes quiet over a slow season can come back and pick up where it left off. If you want a copy before then, export it from the read-only account at any point during those three months.
No contract, no setup fee
- Monthly rolling. No minimum term and no notice period — cancel whenever you like.
- No setup or onboarding fee. Importing your existing stock from a spreadsheet is part of the product, not a paid service.
- No percentage of your takings. The £20 is the whole cost of the software. What you sell is yours.
Hardware
We do not sell hardware, and you do not have to buy any from anyone to get started. Mobile POS runs in a modern browser on a tablet or laptop you already own. If you want to scan barcodes and print receipts, standard USB or Bluetooth barcode scanners and receipt printers work — you are not locked into a particular terminal or a leasing agreement.
