Can I restrict what my staff can see and do?
Yes. Each staff member gets their own login, and role permissions control which parts of the system they can open and change. A cashier can be given the till without access to financial reports, supplier costs or customer records.
Give each person their own account rather than sharing one. Beyond the access control, it means the audit log and the till reconciliation can actually tell you who did what.
